Huey P. Long Bridge Run

Assist the Registration Director with distribution of race materials to participants. This includes handing out bib numbers, race pamphlets, t-shirts, and other goodies. Please check in with the race staff upon arrival.

Friday Packet Pick Up will take place inside the Oschner Fitness Center.

Saturday Packet Pick Up will take place outside behind Oschner Fitness Center.
Oschner Fitness Center at 1200 S. Clearview Pkwy, Elmwood, LA 70123

Assist with distribution of water and electrolyte beverage to runners along our 5K course across the Huey P. Long bridge.

Entire Group will meet at Oschner Fitness Center to be escorted by our course trucks since the Aid Station will be along the bridge.
Please have the team captain call the Event Staff member upon arrival.

Finish Line volunteers will assist with the distribution of finisher medals, water, and food. You will also be needed to assist with our Results Kiosk and other activations. Please be sure to check in at the Volunteer Tent upon arrival to receive further instructions.
