Geaux Over It! 'cause the Bridge is Open

Like the other races in the Louisiana Bridge Run Series, the The Great Huey P. Long Bridge Run will be on the bridge.  We will be able to #GeauxOverIt for our 5K (3.1 miles) on May 9, 2020 — once again, the day before Mother’s Day.

Each year, we have been lucky to have a great turn out, incredible food and beverage options provided by Abita Brewing Company, the Gumbo Festival and Jambalaya Girl and great music from local bands.

Race Premiums

Premiums include a unisex T-shirt, finisher’s medal, live music, great food, Abita beers on tap.
